Policies





* If paying with credit card, a 5% fee will be added to any purchase or repair price.

* All returns will only be accepted when requested in writing and within 10 days of approval by So Many Clocks, So Little Time.


* All shipping fees are non-refundable.


* We do have a lay-a-way program and will award lay-a-ways when requested and approved. Approved lay-a-way guidelines must be adhered to and followed at all times.


* No refunds will be paid on any delinquent lay-a-way accounts.


* 2 payments of 7 days late or more are considered to be delinquent. 1 payment of more than 15 days late is considered delinquent.


* Lay-a-way is only awarded on items $500 or more with a 20% down payment.


* Any item(s) that are awarded to a lay-a-way program will incur a 10% account management fee towards the total sale price.


* There are no returns on any item purchased through the lay-a-way program.


*Any approved returns will be mailed by the customer through USPS Priority Mail and delivered in the same condition as was received.


* There is a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for a return.


* Personal Checks delay shipping by 10 days.


* All payments will be made in US funds only.
